Spin plastic welder MSP-2075O is a spin welding machine applies seervo motor in 5000W to weld big size round parts. The machine applies a servo motor for orientation spin welding and cylinders to force spin welding head down during welding operation.

Machine design with a pneumatic system for clip or slide block for different requirement. Machine control sequence by PLC and set welding parameter on HMI.
